Dr. Stefhany Duque, DMD
Dr. Stefhany Duque is the new owner and dentist at Holehouse Center for Complete Dentistry in Winter Garden. She is honored to carry forward the legacy of care Dr. Thomas Holehouse built over many years, and in the coming months the practice will begin its next chapter under a new name, Lifelong Dental. The name is new, but the familiar team, the same location, and the personal care you know will stay the same.
Dr. Duque brings eight years of clinical experience caring for patients across Central Florida. She graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Florida Gulf Coast University and earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Florida College of Dentistry.
She believes great dentistry depends on never stopping learning. Since graduating, she has completed extensive continuing education with some of the most respected programs in the field, including The Dawson Academy, the Kois Center, and Spear Education, where she focused on comprehensive diagnosis, bite and jaw function, and long-lasting restorative care. She has trained with CEREC Doctors in same-day digital dentistry, completed advanced implant training, and is a certified Invisalign and Candid provider.
Her philosophy is simple: understand the why before deciding the what. Every treatment plan starts with a thorough exam and a clear conversation, so patients understand their options and can make decisions with confidence. Her work includes same-day CEREC crowns, dental implants, which she places herself, clear aligner therapy, and complete smile makeovers with veneers, crowns, and bridges.
Dr. Duque is bilingual and happy to see patients in English or Spanish. Outside the office, she lives in Winter Garden with her husband, Mark, and their labradoodle, Ollie. She loves to travel and brings home a small keepsake from every country she visits.

When Thomas Holehouse D.M.D. was finally able to establish his own practice in 2006, he believed very strongly in providing his patients with honest and excellent dental care in a caring environment. As a result of his dedication to uphold these sound principals, he has been proudly recognized by his peers as a top dentist in the Orlando Magazine for the last 5 consecutive years. Dr. Holehouse states, “I am fortunate to have an excellent team by my side to help me achieve my goal of providing my patients with personalized care tailored to their wants and needs. We enjoy providing our patients with modern services in a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere.”
Education & Continuing Education
He has continued his post doctorate education at the Dawson Center for the Advancement of Dentistry, completing more than 120 hours in TMJ therapy, and creating smile makeovers that focus on aesthetics and longevity. He supplements additional education yearly through several organized dental Societies and local study groups. Dr. Holehouse is dedicated to expanding his knowledge of dentistry he continually seeks out opportunities to keep up with the latest technologies.
